A chopping board isn’t exactly cutting-edge technology, but that hasn’t stopped designer Marcus Vagnby from including a number of practical and functional details in the gently contoured NUANCE Chopping Board.
This black chopping board is designed for meat and fish. On the meat side there is a channel which takes the meat juices down into a broad, flat spoon of stainless steel. You can either use the juices in the gravy or pour them off, meaning you don't spill any if serving the roast on this attractive chopping board.
The reverse side of the board is designed for fish. By using each side for different foodstuffs you completely avoid contamination of taste and bacteria between meat and fish. What’s more the board is of course made from practical and hygienic polypropylene plastic, which can withstand thorough cleaning and washing in a dishwasher.
