With the Ravioli attachment accessory for the Atlas 150 it's no longer necessary to trim the dough narrower, now its whole width can be used, saving time and increasing productivity (more ravioli for each turn of the handle).
The new design of the moulding roller ensures that the ravioli close perfectly on all sides giving you the satisfaction of a superb result. The new hopper and the spoon supplied make it impossible for the filling to come out and dirty the machine so that very little time is spent in cleaning after use.
