Professional s/s mandolin. Robust and reliable with 4 blades - 2 of which are selected by moving a handle on the side of the frame.
One cuts julienne strips (29 at a time) the other is more suited to fries or vegetable sticks (9 at a time), the thickness of the slices is adjusted by levers at the back.
